Where does character consistency break?

Try separating identity, motion, and editing when reviewing an AI film. Use these four checks to make feedback specific. The films above are creative showcases; they do not establish a measured improvement in identity preservation.

For a reproducible comparison, record the model and version, references, prompt, seed where supported, LoRA settings, and generation settings. Change one factor at a time and inspect several outputs.

What fails first in your workflow: the still image, motion within a shot, or continuity across cuts? Share a timestamp and what changed in the Space’s Community tab.
